If an account is closed for reasons other than a terms violation, any remaining valid balance will be returned to you once all necessary checks are complete. For accounts closed due to terms violations, jago368 reserves the right to withhold balances associated with the violating activity.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jago368 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within the designated timeframe once all valid withdrawal requests have been settled.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, jago368 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to data loss, loss of anticipated profits, or business disruption.

• Jago368 does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, though we strive to maintain uptime above 99.9%.
• Jago368 is not liable for losses caused by internet connection failures, power outages, or external factors beyond our control.
• Content on the jago368 platform is for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute financial or investment advice.

However, jago368 is fully responsible for the security of funds held on the platform and will ensure those funds are returned to their rightful owner in the event of a voluntary account closure.
